The man who was killed during a drive-by shooting in east Bakersfield is identified as 26-year-old Ruben Garcia. Police arrested 21-year-old Michael Gage for the murder that happened Friday afternoon on East 10th Street and Northrup Drive, and are looking for Trevon Foreman and two other suspects.
