Police want the public’s help finding a man linked to a deadly drive-by shooting in east Bakersfield. 22-year-old Trevon Lee Foreman is wanted for the murder of Ruben Garcia on East 10th Street on Friday and is considered armed and dangerous. He escaped a SWAT standoff on Sunday while 21-year-old Michael Gage was arrested.
