One person has been treated for smoke inhalation and six people were evacuated when a four-unit apartment building caught fire in east Bakersfield. The fire broke out around 1:30 Wednesday morning on Lake and Brown streets and caused $55-thousand in damage, arson investigators are trying to determine how it started.
