The Bakersfield man who used to own the Green Room bar downtown has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of sexually abusing a child. Police were investigating Frank Sanchez for several months before arresting him last December, his former girlfriend Tanya Van Sickle is also accused of abusing the now 20-year-old victim.
