We’re learning more about a deadly car crash in Delano involving a couple who were trying to outrun federal immigration agents. ICE says they went to Santo and Marcelina Garcia’s home Tuesday for another man who’d lived there previously when the couple drove away. Garcia’s SUV hit a power pole at West Cecil Avenue when he drove away from a traffic stop on West Cecil Avenue.
