The Coroner’s Office says the man who was shot as he slept in a car in Delano was 37-year-old Raymond Cabral. Cabral died February 22nd, the day after he and another man who was also asleep were attacked on Jefferson Street. The second man was treated and released at a hospital. Anyone with information in the case is asked to call Delano PD.
