BOY ESCAPES SUSPECTED KIDNAPPERS

Bakersfield Police are looking for three men in their 30s who a 10-year-old boy says tried to kidnap him as he walked home from school.

One man grabbed the boy’s arm Friday afternoon on Ridgemont Street near Roy Loudon Elementary School after he asked him for food. The suspects drove away in a black, older model SUV after the child escaped.

The first suspect is described as having short hair and wearing a black tank top and gold watch.

The second suspect is described as 6’2″ and with a slim build. He was wearing a black t-shirt, sweatpants, and bandana. He also has a cross tattooed on his upper right arm.

The third suspect has short hair and was wearing a red t-shirt.
