A three-year-old boy has major facial wounds after being mauled by the family’s pit bull and his parents are in jail for child endangerment. Deputies credit a Good Samaritan for tearing down a chain link fence Wednesday to rescue the toddler, who’d fallen out of a window while his mother slept. The County took custody of a baby after finding filthy living conditions at the home in North Edwards.
