It’s getting easier to send Bakersfield Police anonymous tips. The department’s Twitter page says any mobile device can now access their new P3 system through a link on their home page here: http://www.bakersfieldpd.us and clicking on “Submit a none-emergency tip” or at http://p3tips.com.

BPD still encourages you to call 911 in an emergency.
