An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman accused of killing a five-year-old girl in a traffic accident in southwest Bakersfield.

Officers say Martina Cambray lost control on California Springs Drive and Harris Road last November and hit Emily Guillen-Casillas, who was walking home from school with her grandmother.

Alcohol is not considered a factor in the crash.
