A tip from a fellow freeway driver has led to the arrest of a suspected DUI driver on southbound Hwy. 99 in Bakersfield.That 9-1-1- call by a witness came in around 9:00 Wednesday night near SR 46 called, CHP Officer Robert Rodriguez says that led to a 55mph chase that ended when spike strips were deployed on the 99 at Taft Hwy/SR 116. The driver has not been identified.
