The company that runs the Oildale trailer park where a baby died in a fire is being charged with involuntary manslaughter. The DA’s office announced the felony case against Pama Management today, alleging the company failed to maintain the living quarters at 123 McCord Avenue as required by state code. The five-month-old was trapped in a bedroom at 4J’s Trailer Park the night of January 24th, 2016, and Jenica Lozano’s father suffered serious burns when he tried to rescue her.
