The CHP has arrested three suspected gang members for driving a stolen car through Bakersfield with a loaded TEC-9 pistol. Adan Villegas, Pedro Ramirez and Rafael Hererra were pulled over Wednesday night on White Lane east of Highway 99, the car may have been swiped out of Lebec.
