Kern County Sheriff’s deputies and Homeland Security have arrested a murder suspect in Phoenix, Arizona who’s been wanted for decades.

54-year-old Paul Sanchez is accused of shooting a man and wounding three others at a house on 10th Place and Griffith Avenue in Wasco in 1988. He was going by the alias Francisco Sanchez when he was caught Tuesday.
