California City Police are investigating a suspected DUI crash between an SUV and a Halls Ambulance that killed a toddler. The child was apparently ejected from the Chevy Tahoe when that driver sideswiped the ambulance Friday early morning on California City Blvd.

There were no patients in the ambulance but the two crew members did get minor to moderate injuries.
