Police screened eight drivers and arrested three for driving under the influence during their latest DUI checkpoint on East Truxtun Avenue in Bakersfield. Two of those booked Saturday night had been convicted of DUI before. Officers also cited 26 people for not having a license or driving on one that was suspended.
