Police are looking for the person who shot and killed a Bakersfield man in a parking lot outside Zingo’s Cafe on Buck Owens Blvd., and that victim has since been identified as 58-year-old Ricardo Viera.BPD Sgt. Rick Dossey says “it appears that there was an argument prior to the shooting incident.” Cellphone video sent to KGET TV shows one man throwing a chair at the car while another man kicks the vehicle during a bikini car wash on Saturday, and those involved appear to be bikers. A person who confessed to the crime was arrested later that day in northwest Bakersfield but was released when officers got more information.
