The man charged with killing another driver in a head-on crash on Taft Highway has pleaded no contest to second-degree murder. Bakersfield Police believe Carlos Garcia was drunk when he drifted into oncoming traffic near Stine Road last year and hit 25-year-old Francisco De La Cruz.

Sentencing is June 21st.
