The Bakersfield Police SWAT team deployed all the way out in Lost Hills to capture a suspected killer. Sgt. Ryan Kroeker says 24-year Carlos Garcia Jr. was found early Sunday evening at a mobile home park near Hwy. 46, but he took his time coming out. BPD has been looking for Garcia since early Tuesday morning, after 24-year-old Alyson Muniz was shot in the head during an argument on Abbott Drive in northwest Bakersfield.
