A brother of the Delano farm workers who died in a crash as they sped away from Immigration agents has deported. ICE says Celestino Garcia has three DUI convictions and had been previously deported, the United Farm Workers union says he was the man ICE was looking for when Santos Garcia and Marcelina Perfecto were killed March 13th. Four children and six nieces and nephews are left without a guardian.
