A truck driver has been charged with vehicular manslaughter for a fatal hit and run crash in Mojave.

The CHP says 45-year-old Kuldeep Singh struck Christina Tristan’s sedan last October on Highways 58 and 14, causing her car to run off the roadway. It’s unclear what led up to the accident that evening.
