The California City man who shot another man to death during an argument has been sentenced to 13 years in prison.

24-year-old Isaac Cain pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter for last year’s incident on Kenniston Street, but it’s unclear why he was upset with 42-year-old Quentin Beverly.
