Supervisors will ask staff to come up with an ordinance regulating medical marijuana deliveries. Supervisor Mike Maggard has confirmed they’ll take up the issue at their next meeting.

The rules are meant to help patients while avoiding some of the crime associated with pot shops. The board banned commercial marijuana sales in October.
