Supervisors held off on writing a new ordinance on some medical marijuana sales. At Tuesday afternoons meeting Mick Gleason said point blank that he doesn’t trust the industry. Chairman Mike Maggard says there’s plenty of time before the November 24th deadline, which would leave Kern County medical marijuana users without access.
