District Attorney Lisa Green will announce today whether any Supervisors face conflict of interest charges over their votes on recent marijuana ordinances.

In May Supervisor Leticia Perez said she would not vote on matters involving marijuana sales because of her husband’s ties to the industry. Mike Maggard has also been accused despite his opposition to recreational pot.

Supervisor Perez will have her own press conference at for 11:00 Tuesday morning.
