Bakersfield Police put a 24-year-old man with two felony warrants behind bars after a traffic stop on East 5th Street just west of Union Avenue and about 10 blocks north of Hwy 58. Police say arrested Victor Lopez about 2:45 Tuesday afternoon. He was on probation at the time and had a loaded handgun on him.
