A Probation search turned into a drug and gun bust on Cotton Avenue in Buttonwillow. Kern County Deputies arrested 40-year-old Tevis Stephens and 25-year-old Alyssa Johnson Thursday morning on felony charges. They also seized over 70 grams of meth, seven grams of heroin, an assault rifle, a semiautomatic handgun and a pump-action shotgun.
