Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of a Bakersfield man on Teal Street. They located Jayvon Ruffis Thursday on Hollins Street near College Heights Elementary. He now faces murder, gang participation and conspiracy charges, Anthony Pinkins was shot multiple times Monday night and died at the hospital.
