The latest information on the Tarina Fire off of Breckenridge Road and Comanche Drive east of Bakersfield shows it is 95-percent contained. The fire that broke out Friday is 3,516 acres and is being investigated, as it’s in the same area as a 992 acre fire that happened a week ago Friday.
