Bakersfield Police arrested a 25-year-old man with a .357 revolver at the Plaza Hotel on near 7th Street and Union Avenue. More shots rang out as they arrived to the shots fired call just before 5:00 Friday morning. 15 spent shell casings were found in the parking lot, one vehicle was struck.
