Supervisors are rolling out the welcome mat to L’Oreal cosmetics, approving construction of a distribution center at the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center. The project is the result of the county’s Advance Kern initiative to bring good paying jobs and diversity to the community. L’Oreal gets a $2.3-million incentive package, we get 155 new jobs.
