A 19-year-old man has been convicted of murdering another man in a Wasco orchard over a drug debt. Prosecutors say Daniel Garcia shot 20-year-old Raul Quintana several times after arranging to meet him over Snapchat in January on Scofield and McCombs avenues, and he then took $15-hundred from the victim. Sentencing is next month.
