Seven people have been arrested by Bakersfield Police during a DUI saturation patrol that also went after illegal street racers. The operation Saturday night led to 15 cars being impounded, plus the recovery of one that was stolen, 39 drivers were cited for vehicle code violations and 14 detained for sobriety tests.
