A weeknight police checkpoint in central Bakersfield has led to one person’s arrest for DUI. Police say they 16 drivers were also cited for not having a license, plus 16 more who’d had theirs suspected. Over 14-hundred cars were screened last night on Stockdale Highway near Montclair Street.
