Cal State Bakersfield is now ranked 5th in the nation for Masters Degrees and 2nd for the “best bang for the buck.” That’s according to the magazine, WASHINGTON MONTHLY, which gave CSUB ” high marks for enrolling lots of low income students and helping them graduate…without too much debt.”
