Bakersfield Police are looking for a 16-year-old girl and her 12-year-old brother who’ve been missing since Wednesday morning. Haley and Noah Williams were last seen around 7am on Palm Street between A Street and Holtby Road in the Oleander neighborhood of Bakersfield. Anyone with information is asked to call BPD at 661-327-7111.
