A man is in critical condition after being struck by a hit and run driver on Brundage Lane near P Street in central Bakersfield, and police say they’ve located a suspect vehicle. Investigators have determined the victim was not in the crosswalk when he was struck Wednesday night just after 11:00, officers are working to identify the driver.
