The woman who pleaded no contest to gross vehicular manslaughter for a drugged driving crash that killed an Arvin High School teacher has been sentenced to four years in prison. The CHP says 26-year-old Kylie Sluder hit Scott Demunnik head on in December when she drifted into his lane on Bear Mountain Boulevard near the Bakersfield National Cemetery.
