Kern County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Wasco man for attempted murder during a traffic stop. 27-year-old Mitchell Dill was caught on Poso Drive and D Street Wednesday night.

He’s accused of shooting at a vehicle on Orchid Lane last Saturday. No motive for the shooting has been released, but his intended target was not hurt.
