An autopsy shows the death of a 19-month old Bakersfield girl was the result of homicide. A-Mylah Witfield was transferred to Bakersfield Memorial Hospital’s Pediatric Intensive Care Unit August 24th after arriving at Adventist Health Hospital in an unresponsive state. The Coroner’s Report says she died of blunt force trauma but police have not announced an arrest. There are no other details.
