A man who ran from probation officers in McFarland faces charges that include resisting arrest and packaging meth for sale. The Kern County Gang Intervention Team caught 20-year-old Samuel Alaniz a block from his house on San Pedro Street off E. Sherwood Avenue Friday morning, and say he also dumped a gun in a trash can and had two more at the residence, including an assault rifle.
