A mother has been arrested for abducting her two small children. The Kern County District Attorney’s Office says Zachiah Pratt did not have custodial rights to 21-month-old Zerenity and 11-month-old Anthony Coleman when she made off with them last month.

She was taken in Tuesday night after bringing the children to a Bakersfield fire station.
