Kern County probation officers are looking for a sex offender who they say cut off his ankle monitor and ran away. 20-year-old Naithan Guinn was last known to be living at 1409 Morning Drive, near Rosewood Avenue.

He was convicted of performing lewd acts on a child under 14 and assault.

He’s described as 5’7″ tall, 146lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes. He also has a script tattoo on the side of his neck.
