A Critical Incident Review Board has cleared two deputies in a shooting that wounded both the suspect and an officer. Deputy Charles Moore fired a bullet that went through the shoulder of suspect John Paul Jones December 12th in Oildale, as Jones and Deputy Charles Leask struggled over a gun. the round hit Leask in the wrist. The District Attorney will also review the incident.
