The 47-year-old man who died in an early morning crash with a vacuum truck on Hwy 166, was Kenny Robbins of Maricopa. The CHP says the semi driver had been making a U turn when his brake line became disconnected sometime before 5am Tuesday, but Robbins apparently did not see the triangles he’d put out in time to stop. 25-year-old passenger Jacob Johnson of Tafthas moderate injuries.
