Two people from LA are booked on a million dollars bail apiece after being busted with 11 pounds of heroin near the Tejon Outlets. Deputies pulled over a Chevy pickup Wednesday for vehicle code violations and were alerted to the drugs by K-9 Officer Rocco. They also found two loaded guns on the front seat, including a Taurus Judge Public Defender pistol loaded with shotgun ammo, and a stolen Glock .45.
