Kern County Probation intervention and suppression officers have arrested a 19-year-old man for having a stolen gun and for being in a criminal street gang. The suspect was taken into custody Tuesday during a search of a residence on East 9th Street and Sansome Street in east Bakersfield. He was in possession of a short-barreled semi automatic firearm.
