A critical incident review board says an officer involved shooting nearly a year ago was not within Bakersfield Police Department policy, even though it was still legal. Officer Richard Robles now faces administrative action. BPD says he fired after a suspect got out of a stolen vehicle near the Rosedale Hwy Home Depot, but no one was hurt.
