Police have made an arrest in a shooting that shocked a quiet central Bakersfield neighborhood. It was Tuesday was on Sampson Court off Real Road when people started fighting, including a man with a loaded .357 revolver. 28-year-old Mark Hill was booked for attempted murder, the victim was shot twice and has moderate injuries.
