A man is dead after what police in Bakersfield say may have been related to a neighborhood disturbance. This happened last night in the 1900 Block of Raymond A. Spruance Court around 8pm. BPD was called out to the scene and found what they say was an obviously deceased Hispanic man, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
